The fourth in a series of ONET training curriculum, this program teaches One-Stop Center staff how to effectively use the O*NET Career Exploration Tools. The Interest Profiler and Work Importance Locator are user-friendly, career-focused assessment instruments which help workers, job seekers and students identify occupations that they may find interesting and what work values are most important to them.
